The vision of Fostering Solutions, its volunteer Board of Directors, and its staff, focuses on working collaboratively with each and every client we serve ~ as well as our community partners ~ to help clients achieve mutually agreed upon goals and reach the best possible outcomes. What drives this vision is the core belief that every person has substantial and inherent worth and a right to dignity, respect, and self-determination. This core belief will be upheld and exemplified in all aspects and activities of this organization.
OUR MISSION
Fostering Solutions is committed to improving the quality of life for children, individuals, and families by providing services that promote safety, stability, and development.
After significant collaboration with individuals who have extensive history of providing social services to individuals and families in Lenawee County, and because of their mutually felt passion for helping others, the founders of this organization came together to discuss what they could do to offer support to children and families in our community. Fostering Solutions, a non-profit corporation in Michigan was born out of a result of this passion and successful collaboration with social service professionals.

About Us
Fostering Solutions is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. We are currently looking to fill a full time, foster care position. This is a professional position for a career minded individual with a passion for child welfare work. A bachelors degree or higher in the human services field is required.
